п. 2.1. викладено в новій редакції: «2.1. За угодою Сторін договірна ціна Робіт, що є предметом Договору, складає: 519654,8 грн. (П’ятсот дев’ятнадцять тисяч шістсот п'ятдесят чотири грн. 80 коп.)Крім того ПДВ 20% - 103930,96 грн. Всього з ПДВ: 623585,76 грн. (шістьсот двадцять три тисячі п'ятьсот вісімдесят п'ять грн. 76 коп.). Розмір договірної ціни визначено «Протоколом угоди про договірну ціну» (Додаток №1) на підставі розрахунків, виконаних у додатках № 3, 4, 5, що є невід’ємними частинами даного Договору.» п.10 Договору викладено в новій редакції: «10. Даний Договір вступає в дію з моменту підписання його Сторонами і діє до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань, покладених на них за даним Договором, до 31.12.2017 р.». Внесено зміни в «Календарний план робіт» (Додаток № 3 до Договору № 354/17 від 24.05.2017 р., виклавши його в новій редакції (Додаток № 1 до цієї додаткової угоди) строк виконання робіт вересень 2017 року.
