Цей договір набуває чинності з моменту підписання і діє протягом строку, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі теплової енергії на початку 2018 року або до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами за даним Договором при наявності бюджетних асигнувань. Положення даного Договору розповсюджуються на правовідносини між Сторонами з 02.10.2017 року, відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України.
