Відповідно до довідки Харківської торгово-промислової палати від 11.03.2020р. №264/20 відбулося коливання середньозваженої ціни електричної енергії на ринку на 17,65%. За умовами договору та вимогами Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились про зміну ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
