Керуючись п. 7 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в ред. від 19.04.2020 року) Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за електроенергію на 01 серпня 2020 року. Ціна з урахуванням зміни тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії на рівні 240,23 грн/МВт•год (без урахування податку на додану вартість) відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 року № 1329, різниця тарифів на передачу електричної енергії складе за 1 кВт*год – 0,101796 грн. (Нуль грн. 10,1796 коп.) в т. ч. ПДВ 20%. Всього до сплати за 1 кВт*год електроенергії з урахуванням тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії – 2,128428 грн. (Дві грн. 12,8428 коп.) в т. ч. ПДВ 20%
