Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами) Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: 9450 грн.00 коп. (дев’ять тисяч чотириста п’ятдесят грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
