Замовники, які є малими непобутовими споживачами відповідно до пункту 42 частини першої статті 1 Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», а саме споживач, який не є побутовим споживачем і купує електричну енергію для власного споживання, електроустановки якого приєднані до електричних мереж з договірною потужністю до 50 кВт, мають право продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % від суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю. Об’єкти Вознесенського МУВГ на території Первомайського району приєднані до електричних мереж з договірною потужністю до 50 кВт. Для закупівлі електричної енергії на 2021 рік для потреб об’єктів Вознесенського МУВГ на території Первомайського району було оголошено закупівлю UA-2020-12-10-002356-b.
