(двадцять сім мільйонів шістсот сімнадцять тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто вісім грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 4 602 933,00 грн., співфінансування місцевого бюджету 1 500 000,00 грн. (Один мільйон п’ятсот тисяч грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 250 000,00 грн»

Пункт 4.7 розділу 4 Договору викладено в наступній редакції: Замовник керуючись нормами постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 № 117 (зі змінами) та від 27.12. 2001 № 1764 (зі змінами) має право надати Підряднику, та у разі наявності звернення Підрядника (з точним формулюванням суми оплати (авансу) на придбання матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів) – субпідряднику, за рахунок коштів державного (місцевого) бюджету попередню оплату (аванс) на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, обладнання, конструкцій, виробів у розмірі не більше ніж 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт на строк не більше одного місяця. По закінченню одномісячного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються замовнику».
