1. Продовжити дію Договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № 23-19/93 від 22 січня 2019 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури нової закупівлі на початку 2020 року на підставі п.5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі».
2. Ціна даної угоди становить: 239 955 000,00 (двісті тридцять дев’ять тисяч девятсот п’ятдесят п’ять) гривень 00 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ грн.
3. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01.01.2020 року, але поширюється на відносини, які виникли на підставі Договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № 23-19/93 від 22 січня 2019 року, та діє до повного використання коштів за даною додатковою угодою.

3. Всі інші умови Договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № 23-19/93 від 22 січня 2020 року залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
4. Ця додаткова угода діє до 31.03.2020 року.
