Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 (двадцять) відсотків від суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, у зв’язку з чим Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.3.1 і п. 10.1 Договору, та п. 10.1 викласти в наступній редакції
«10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 31.03.2022 року, але до повного виконання сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань.».
