Відповідно до п.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" №922-VIII від 25.12.2015 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору на 92192 грн.15 коп. в тому числі ПДВ 15365 грн.36 коп., що не перевищує 20% від суми Договору, з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2018 року на час проведення процедури закупівлі. Викласти п.12.5 в новій редакції: "Цей договір набуває чинності з дати підписання його Сторонами і діє до 31 січня 2018 року"
