Note:
Керуючись ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Покупець і Постачальник дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору до 31.03.2022р., в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у договорі.
Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" відсутня технічна можливість коригувати обсяги закупівлі. Керуючись листом Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Смарттендер» від 15.12.2021 №1010
замовник при коригуванні кількості має право обрати причину «Зменшення обсягів закупівлі» відповідно до ч.1 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі".
