Рубанівка Великолепетиського району – будівництво», доповнено текстом наступного змісту: «У зв’язку з затримкою фінансування, керуючись пунктом 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору до 28 грудня 2020 року». 2. Доповнено пункт 11.1 Договору текстом наступного змісту: «Фінансування робіт (будівництва Об’єкта) у 2019 році здійснюється за рахунок коштів субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам і становить 5540111,00 грн (П’ять мільйонів п’ятсот сорок тисяч сто одинадцять грн 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 923351,83 грн (Дев’ятсот двадцять три тисячі триста п’ятдесят одна грн 83 коп.)».
