Договору, внаслідок виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин (відсутність фінансування Замовника),Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору та строк виконання зобов’язань за Договором та пункт 2.1. викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 31.12.2024 року, а в частині виконання грошових зобов’язань до повного їх виконання».
