Керуючись вимогами Цивільного кодексу України, Господарського кодексу України, Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", а також з урахуванням положень пункту 13 розділу XVII "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Закону України "Про ринок електричної енергії", уклали цю Додаткову угоду до договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг про наступне: доповнити розділ 2 Договору пунктами 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 та доповнити пункти 5.17, 5.18, 5.19, 5.20 розділу 5 Договору, доповнити розділ 9 Договору пунктом 9.6.
