Загальна вартість цієї додаткової угоди складає 328 723.60 грн. з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% від вартості Договору, укладеного в результаті процедури закупівлі (з урахуванням укладених додаткових угод до нього).
Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі, термін дії продовжено до 29.02.2020 року на загальну суму 328 723.60 грн. із загальним плановим обсягом природного газу - 45,11467 тис.куб.м.
Ціна за 1000 куб.м. природного газу без урахування податку на додану вартість становить 6072.00 грн., крім того ПДВ - 1214,40 грн. Всього з ПДВ - 7286,40 грн.
