уклали Дану угоду про наступне: У зв’язку з відсутностю коштів для фінансування робіт по капітального ремонту об’єкта «Замовник» та «Підрядник» прийшли до згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме
- викласти п 4.1 в наступній редакції «Строки виконання робіт за цим договором встановлюється з дати підписання по 20.12.2021 року.»
- викласти п 16.1. в наступній редакції « Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання, і діє до 31.12.2021 р. або до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторін за цим Договором.»
