Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, згідно якого дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з пунктом 10.3 Договору від 20.02.2017 р. № 230001006 про закупівлю товарів (робіт або послуг) за державні кошти, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме - до 01.03.2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в Договорі.
