керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» та підпунктом 8 пункту 11.4 договору на постачання природного газу № 41DBVLz252-18 від 30.01.2018 р. (далі – Договір), уклали цю додаткову угоду (надалі - Угода) до Договору про наступне:
продовжити строк дії Договору до 30.04.2019 року на постачання природного газу в обсязі 380000,00 грн. (триста вісімдесят тисяч гривень 00 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми Договору.
