Керуючись п.8 ч.5 та ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", ст.ст.651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, положеннями Договору на постачання природного газу №536 від 28 грудня 2019 року, Сторони дійшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
