Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку та пункту 7.3. Договору Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору доповнивши пункт 4.1. абзацем наступного змісту: «Загальна сума договору з 01.01.2022 по 28.02.2022 складає 84205,20 грн. з ПДВ (Вісімдесят чотири тисячі двісті п’ять грн. 20 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків загальної суми договору про надання послуги з постачання теплової енергії від 29.11.2021 р. №ДБ12/21-001».
