Note:
Згідно ст.З6 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII п.4 п.п-2 : «зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі;» та згідно п.п.11.2.2 Договору Сторони прийшли до згоди встановити нові ціни на постачання з 08.04.2019 року, а саме:
Сир кисломолочний жир.9%,ваговий -33,54 грн.
Сир твердий сичужний «Російський»,жирн.50% - 98,04 грн.
Розрахунок суми наводиться в Додатку №1 до Договору № 8 від 21 січня.2019р., при цьому сума, визначена у Договорі згідно п.п.5.1, залишається без змін.
