Керуючись ч.5 п.2 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Постановою НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020р. № 1329 та пунктом 13.8 Договору Сторони домовились з 01.10.2020р. збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку та збільшення тарифу передачі, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, яка становитиме - 1,749 грн за кВт*год з ПДВ.
