Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами) та згідно Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: 64828,68 грн. (Шістдесят чотири тисячі вісімсот двадцять вісім грн., 68 коп.).
