1.Сторони керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", умовами п.3.3 Договору, в зв'язку із коливанням ціни товару, домовились змінити ціну за одиницю товару шляхом збільшення на 10%- з 59,00 грн/кг до 64,90 грн/кг, без збільшення Суми Договору та викласти Специфікацію до Договору в новій редакції (Додаток1). 2.Сторони домовились змінити обсяг закупівлі з 1073,00 кг на 1016,909 кг та викласти п 1.3 Договору в наступній редакції: "1.3 Обсяг закупівлі склакдає 1016,909 кг. Обсяги закупівлі можуть бути зменшені залежно від реальних фінансових видатків та реальних- потреб Покупця."
