Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України ,ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 11.3. Договору №34 від 16.02.2021 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 62318,75 грн. (Шістдесят дві тисячі триста вісімнадцять грн.. 75 коп. ), без ПДВ .
