Керуючись статтею 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в ред. від 19.04.2020 року), у зв’язку зі значним зростанням цін на продукти харчування, Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі та внести зміни у Специфікацію (Додаток № 1) до Договору № 17 від 07.02.2022 р. та викласти у новій редакції. Викласти п.п. 3.1. Договору № 17 від 07.02.2022 р. у наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить: 49 775,00 (Сорок дев’ять тисяч сімсот сімдесят п’ять гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ». Специфікацію (Додаток № 1) викласти у новій редакції (додається).
