Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та викласти п.11.1 договору надання послуг від 30.12.2020 №108-20 у наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами і діє протягом строку достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, але не більше ніж до 31.03.2022, а в частині гарантійних зобов’язань та проведення розрахунку – до повного виконання зобов’язань по ньому».

1. Доповнити п. 3.1. Договору абзацом 2 такого змісту: «Ціна цього договору на 2022 рік згідно з протоколом узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток 1) становить 91659,79 грн. (дев’яносто одна тисяча шістсот п’ятдесят дев’ять гривень 79 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ – 0 грн.». 2. Доповнити п. 5.1. Договору абзацом 2 такого змісту: «Термін надання послуг у 2022 році з 01.01.2022 по 10.03.2022 включно». 3. Викладено додаток 1 до договору в новій редакції.
