Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.1 та п.4 Договору №1 від 13 січня 2020 року: пункт 1 Договору №1 доповнити наступним: - договорі про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг №946 від 21.07.2020р. Борщівський ЦОК. пункт 4 Договору №1 доповнити наступним: - UA043385450000026031317720869 (Борщівський ЦОК). На підставі положень ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди, що умови даної Додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до її укладення, а саме з 21 липня 2020 та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
