Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати укладання Договору і діє до 30.11.2021 року, в частині зобов’язань постачання природного газу до 03.11.2021 р., але в будь-якому випадку до моменту остаточного виконання Сторонами взятих за цим Договором зобов’язань. Постачальник припиняє постачання замовленого обсягу газу у випадку прострочення сплати Споживачем за Постачання газу, включаючи відмову в підтвердженні номінацій Споживача, без нарахування будь-яких санкцій з боку Споживача виконання зобов’язання Постачальника припиняється до моменту погашення заборгованості Споживачем, включаючи вартість небалансів: різницю між обсягами природного газу, поданими замовником послуг транспортування для транспортування на точці входу, та відібраними замовником послуг транспортування з газотранспортної системи на точці виходу, що визначається відповідно до алокації та шляхом виключення Споживача з реєстру на інформаційній платформі споживачів Постачальника.
