Note:
1. Керуючись ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, ч. 1 ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (зі змінами) та Під-Параграфом 8.1 Параграфа 8 Договору № 8.0560.2021 від 20.05.2021, Сторони досягай взаємної згоди зменшити вартість Договору № 8.0560.2021 від 20.05.2021 року на 41 627,05 (сорок одна тисяча шістсот двадцять сім грн. 05 коп.) гривень з урахування ПДВ та викласти Під-Параграф 2.1 Параграфа 2 у наступній редакції:
«п. 2.1. Загальна вартість Послуг складає 102 804, 45 (сто дві тисячі вісімсот чотири грн. 45 коп.) гривень з ПДВ з яких:
- 43 021,13 грн. (сорок три тисячі двадцять одна грн. 13 коп.) гривень з ПДВ - кошти Загального фонду Державного бюджету України на 2021 рік;
- 59 783,32 грн. (п'ятдесят дев’ять тисяч сімсот вісімдесят три грн. 32 коп.) гривень з ПДВ -кошти підприємства на 2021 рік.
2. Інші умови Договору № 8.0560.2021 від 20.05.2021 року залишаються без змін.
