керуючись Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 року № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», пунктом 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», статтею 651 «Підстави для зміни або розірвання договору» Цивільного кодексу України, у зв’язку з продовженням строку дії воєнного стану в Україні згідно Указу Президента України від 6 лютого 2023 року № 59/2023 "Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні" беручи до уваги лист Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 р. № 2024/02.0-7.1 яким засвідчено настання форс-мажорних обставин (обставин непереборної сили), які є надзвичайними, невідворотними та об’єктивними, а також у зв’язку з неможливістю завершення об’єкту будівництва до 19.02.2023 року, і як наслідок вищевикладене зумовлює неможливість виконати зобов’язання щодо Договору № 62/07 від 06.12.2022 року у попередньо погоджені Сторонами строки, Сторони вирішили продовжити строк виконання робіт та дії Договору
