Тендерний комітет Луганського НДЕКЦ МВС України вирішив, з метою відображення фактичного споживання природного газу протягом 1 кварталу 2019 року, внести зміни до Договору на постачання природного газу № 2019/Б-СЕВ/23 від 20.03.2019 , а саме:
«1) п.1.3. розділу I Договору викласти у наступній редакції: “Планові обсяги постачання газу по місяцях визначаються у кубічних метрах і становлять:
1 квартал: Січень 2781, Лютий 3861, Березень 4284
2 квартал: Квітень 1000
3 квартал: -
4 квартал: Жовтень 1000, Листопад3000, Грудень 3574
2) Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін та відповідно до ч. 3 статті 631 Цивільного Кодексу України поширює свою дію на відносини Сторін, які виникли з 01 січня 2019 року.
Решта умов Договору залишається незмінною і обов’язковою до виконання сторонами.
Дана додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із сторін, і є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 2019/Б-СЕВ/23 від “20”березня 2019 р.»
Вказані зміни не є змінами істотних умов договору, не призводять до зміни вартості договору, ціни товару, загального обсягу постачання та не суперечать вимогам ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі».
