У зв’язку зі зміною ціни на дизельне паливо з 01.08.2021 р. , на підставі п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зі змінами та доповненнями, та Експертного висновку Запорізької торгово-промислової палати № ОИ-7922 від 20.07.2021р.сторони дійшли згоди укласти Додаткову угоду №1 від 02.08.2021 р. до Договору на закупівлю товару №54 від 14.07.2021 р. та викласти СПЕЦИФІКАЦІЮ до Договору у наступній редакції : ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 – Нафта і дистиляти : 1)Дизельне паливо 2395 л. 24,24 грн.(за 1 л.) на суму 58054,80 гон.(з ПДВ);2) Дизельне паливо 11469,4144 л. 26,64 грн.(за 1 л.) на суму 305545,20 грн. Усього Дизельне паливо 13864,4144 л. на суму 363600,00 грн.
