У зв'язку із значним коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії в сторону збільшення, на підставі Закону України "Про ринок електричної енергії", керуючись п.2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони дійшли згоди підвищити ціну на електричну енергію та викласти специфікацію в новій редакції. Додаткова угода додається.
