1. Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю № 24ПТ-6850/19 від 24.05.2019р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на суму: 190221,60грн з ПДВ ( Сто дев`яносто тисяч двiстi двадцять одна гривня 60 копiйок) Викласти в новій редакції пункт 3.2. Загальна сума цього Договору складається з загальної вартості товару за всіма видатковими накладними : 1141329,60грн з ПДВ (Один мiльйон сто сорок одна тисяча триста двадцять дев`ять гривень 60 копiйок).
