Note:
1. Враховуючи Постанову КМУ від 4 липня 2018 р. за № 515 ″Про внесення змін до деяких актів Кабінету Міністрів України″, План робіт з капітального та поточного середнього ремонту автомобільних доріг загального користування та обсяги їх фінансування у 2018 році, затвердженого Державним агентством автомобільних доріг України від 28.08.2018 року, пункт 3.1 Договору викладено у новій редакції.
2. Враховуючи п. 11.9.4 Договору, керуючись п.п.4 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України ″Про публічні закупівлі″, продовжити строк надання послуг за договором згідно пункту 5.1 до 31.12.2019 р. та пункт 10.1 Договору викласти в новій редакції: 10.1 Цей договір набуває чинності з дня підписання і діє до 31.12.2019 р.
3. Враховуючи Постанову КМУ від 23 квітня 2014 р. за №117 та Наказ Державного агентства автомобільних доріг України від 19.02.2018 р. за №39, як головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів, доповнити пункт 4.13 Договору .
