Note:
керуючись п. 6.1., п. 8.1. Договору, ч. 1 ст. 651 ЦК України, Сторони погодили:
1. Подовжити термін дії Договору та строк закінчення робіт, у зв’язку із чим викласти п. 9.2., 9.3. Договору у нових редакціях наступного змісту:
«9.2. Строк закінчення робіт: 31.07.2020 р.
9.3. Даний Договір діє до 31.12.2020 р.»
2. Розірвати Додаткову угоду № 1 від 07.11.2019 р. до Договору.
3. Викласти п.2.1. Договору у новій редакції наступного змісту:
«2.1.Вартість робіт по здійсненню авторського нагляду складає:
у 2018 році – 117 399 грн 58 коп, в т.ч. ПДВ (20%) – 19 566,60 грн . За рахунок коштів:
- державного бюджету (70%) - 82 179 грн. 71 коп.;
- місцевого бюджету (30%)- 35 219 грн 87 коп.
У 2020 році – 281 194 грн. 20 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ (20%) – 46 865,70 грн. За рахунок коштів:
- державного бюджету (70%) - 196 835 грн. 94 коп.;
- місцевого бюджету (30%) – 84 358 грн.26 коп.
Загальна вартість робіт по здійсненню авторського нагляду складає: 398 593 грн 78 коп. (триста дев’яносто вісім тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто три гривні 78 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ (20%) – 66 432 грн 30 коп.
4. Замінити за текстом Договору слово: «Підрядник» на слово: «Виконавець».
5. У розділі 10 Договору викласти реквізити Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Проектна компанія «АРКОН» у новій редакції, а саме:
