На підставі ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної в Договорі, та внести зміни до пункту 14.1. Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції:
«14.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє в частині постачання електричної енергії з дати вказаної у цьому Договорі, та в цілому до 01.04.2022 року, а в частині взятих на себе зобов’язань Сторонами - до їх повного виконання.»
