Note:
Сторони, домовилися внести зміни в Договір № 94 від 30.06.2021 року (далі-Договір) про наступне:
1. Згідно підпункту 8, пункту 11.1. Договору та положень частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», що передбачає продовження дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Сторони домовились пункт 10.1. викласти в новій редакції: «10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 31.03.2022 р., а в частині виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі і оплати послуг – до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором».
