Виникла необхідність в продовження строку дії договору у зв'язку тим, що у Дніпропетровській області введено «червоний рівень» епідемічної небезпеки, заборонена (обмежена) робота всіх об’єктів торгівельного обслуговування населення, у Підрядника є проблема в закупівлі необхідних будівельних матеріалів для завершення необхідних ремонтних робіт. Ціна договору не змінюється.

Виникла необхідність в продовження строку дії договору у зв'язку з продовженням карантинних обмежень на території України та перебуванням Дніпропетровської області у "червоній зоні" епідембезпеки для Підрядника існує гостра проблема в закупівлі необхідних будівельних матеріалів для завершення необхідних ремонтних робіт в установлений строк. Зменшено обсяги закупівлі. Ціна договору після корегування кошторисної документації становить 175713,60
