Note:
1. Керуючись п.п. 3, 4 ч. 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 13.1 Основного договору Сторони погодились внести до Основного договору такі зміни:
1.1. Викласти додаток 1 та додаток 2 до Основного договору у нових редакціях (додаються).
1.2. У пункті 2.1 Основного договору цифри та слова «180 (сто вісімдесят)» замінити на цифри та слова «400 (чотириста)».
1.3. У пунктах 10.5 та 15.1 Основного договору цифри «28.12.2021» замінити на цифри «15.08.2022».
1.4. Викласти пункт 14.8 Основного договору у новій редакції:
«14.8. Випадки для внесення змін до істотних умов договору відповідно до статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі": продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми , визначеної в договорі про закупівлю.
