згідно з пунктом 1 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадку зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника. Разом с тим у разі зменшення обсягів закупівлі ціна договору про закупівлю зменшується в залежності від змін таких обсягів.
