1. На підставі пункту 1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони прийшли до згоди зменшити суму договору на 60 000,00 грн. (шістдесят тисяч гривень 00 копійок), керуючись п. 11.1, 11.3 Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти № ДН-24 від 02 березня 2021 р. внести зміни до договору, а саме: 2. п.3.1. викласти у новій редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 402 711,50 грн. (чотириста дві тисячі сімсот одинадцять гривень 50 копійок ), ПДВ не передбачено». 3. Внести зміни до Специфікації (Додаток 1 до Договору) і викласти її в новій редакції (додається)
