Керуючись ч.5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015р.№922-VII,п.12.1. розділу ХІІ "Строк дії Договору та інші умови",Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору до "29 лютого" 2020 року.

Сторони, відповідно до ч.5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015р.№922-VII,п.12.1. розділу ХІІ "Строк дії Договору та інші умови", домовились продовжити дію Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, а саме на 348650,00(Триста сорок вісім тисяч шістсот п'ятдесят грн.00коп.),з урахуванням ПДВ 20%.Загальна сума договору складає: 2091900,95 (Два мільйона дев'яносто одна тисяча дев'ятсот грн. 95 коп.)
