У зв’язку з наявністю підстав, які передбачені ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2014 року згідно висновку про вартість, виданого Торгово – промисловою палатою України про рівень цін, «Сторони» дійшли згоди без збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі, не більше ніж на 10 відсотків збільшити ціну за одиницю товару по Договору.
