2.1. Постачальник зобовязуєється поставити Споживачу у 2021 році електричну енергію в кількості 122941 кИт/год
2. внести зміни до п.1 Додатку №1 до Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
1. ціна за одиницю товару для споживача складає: 2 клас напруги 2,15722 грн за кВт*год без ПДВ і 2,588664грн. за кВт*год з ПДВ.
3. сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.4 Додатку №1 до Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
4.загальний обсяг постачання електричної енергії становить:122941 кВт/год, в тому числі відповідно 24673кВт/год постачаються за ціною 1,9629грн за кВт/год без ПДВ.
98268 кВт/год постачаються за ціною2,15722грн. за кВт*год без ПДВ, і 2,58866 грн. за кВт*год з ПДВ.
