Викласти пункт 4.1. Розділу 4 «Ціна та вартість природного газу» Договору у
наступній редакції:
«Ціна та порядок зміни ціни на природний газ, який постачається за цим
Договором, встановлюється наступним чином:
Ціна природного газу за 1000 куб. м газу без ПДВ - 13 658,33 грн.,
крім того податок на додану вартість за ставкою 20%,
ціна природного газу за 1000 куб. м з ПДВ - 16 390,00 грн;
крім того тариф на послуги транспортування природного газу для внутрішньої
точки виходу з газотранспортної системи - 124,16 грн. без ПДВ, коефіцієнт, який
застосовується при замовленні потужності на добу наперед у відповідному періоді на рівні
1,10 умовних одиниць, всього з коефіцієнтом - 136,576 грн., крім того ПДВ 20% - 27,315
грн., всього з ПДВ - 163,89 грн. за 1000 куб. м.
Всього ціна газу за 1000 куб. м з ПДВ, з урахуванням тарифу на послуги
транспортування та коефіцієнту, який застосовується при замовленні потужності на добу
наперед, становить 16 553,89 грн.
5. Викласти пункт 4.3. Розділу 4 «Ціна та вартість природного газу» Договору у
наступній редакції:
«4.3. Загальна Вартість цього догвору становить разом з ПДВ 2246433.37 грн.
