У зв'язку зі збільшенням цін на продукти харчування на підставі довідки, виданої Державним комітетом статистики України у Дніпропетровській області м. Кривому Розі від 10.02.2017 р. і посилаючись на пункт 2.1 та пункт 8.3 договору дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 10 відсотків за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної у договорі.
