Відповідно до підпункту 5.1.1. розділу У «Надання послуг», пункт.5.1. та пункт 10.1. розділу X. «Cтрок дії договору» викласти у наступній редакції:
п. 5.1. Строк надання послуг: з дати підписання договору до 31 грудня 2019р.
п.10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання договору і діє до 31 грудня 2019 року, а в частині оплати – до повного виконання замовником своїх фінансових зобов’язань.
Строк дії договору може продовжуватись у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат Замовника за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
