Note:
1. Внести зміни до додаткової угоди № 1 від 29.12.2017 до договору № 56/1 від 16.01.2017 та викласти пункт 1 угоди в наступній редакції: «1. Згідно частини п’ятої ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору № 56/1 від 16.01.2017 року на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, та збільшити суму договору на 47 528,64 грн. (сорок сім тисяч п’ятсот двадцять вісім грн. 64 коп.).» 2. Інші умови вищезгаданого договору, які не вказані в угоді, залишаються без змін, і сторони підтверджують за ними свої зобов’язання. 3. Ця додаткова угода складена у трьох примірниках, по одному примірнику кожній стороні, при цьому кожний примірник має однакову юридичну силу. 4. Ця угода є невід’ємною частиною договору і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання та діє до укладення договору на 2018 рік за результатами застосування процедури відкриті торги.
